Everything in life is amazing, regardless.

Apple Family

Apple Family

It's more than obvious how much I am a fan of Apple. I think they are the coolest gadgets ever invented as of today. Not only being cool but these babies made me appreciate the real art in the world of technology. Each of these gadgets have different purpose in my life whether personal, at the university, career in photography and web. iPad 1 is for showing portfolio to prospect clients, it is my easy access on the web and mail too when I'm out and about. iMac is for massive photoshop editing and watching TV series. Macbook Pro is for on shoot location where I download contact sheets, it is also something I need for programming and research in college.  I bring it with me in school all the time and I watch quite amount of video tutorials in it as well while I'm working on iMac. And last but not the least - iPhone, I've finally decided to give it a go since Siri is very inviting. I'll most probably tweet more when it's easier for me to tap tap tap (compare to my old blackberry's tiny keyboard). iMessage comes handy (oh how I'm addicted to this!).... FaceTime is one thing I'm curious about, not that I fancy video chatting but it is something I'd like to have everywhere I go. You'll never know if happens I'm trapped in a cave or something, at least I can still see my family and friends thru it

So yeah, these are my tech family, I'd rather spend on these than clothes or anything fashion related honestly.

All I Want For Christmas

The iPhone is schedule to be delivered by tomorrow, I'm feeling giddy and amaze! I've been holding off my excitement for the longest time since day 1 it was introduced. I still have the iPhone 3G but never really use it for the fact that I opted to use my blackberry to constantly chat with my lover thru BB messenger. But I guess, I had enough, I must go back to my first love - iPhone that is.

And I supposed I deserve it... for working hard for the past months ('',)

But still, it wouldn't hurt to make a wish list do I? I only wish for 3 things:

Brogued Lace Up Shoes

Not only I found one but two of these beauties! I wasn't in the mood for shopping that day but when I tried this on, I knew they're meant for me. I chose the black first since most of my work clothes are black but the brown one haunted me overnight so I went back to buy it the next day. I have good few dresses that will match these, I'm one happy camper

Jeffrey Campbell

Jeffrey Campbell

For months, I've been longing to have you. I was trying to get your attention but no such luck... til yesterday you came to me by surprise.

Today, we walked in the park. I took picture of you and you look so proud. You promised not to leave me, til death do us part.

One Of The Best Decision I've Ever Made

Kirsten Haugh

I've finally had an eye laser surgery over the weekend, I'm still over the moon!!! Can't believe it took me so long to finally gave in to laser eye surgery, and it only took like 5 minutes to get it done with. My eyes are perfectly fine and healthy. Seriously? One of the best decision ever in my entire life!

I love you high technology.

Attached photos of Kirsten were part of the photoshoot I've done recently. I can't say much because it is a "top secret" project at the moment. I'll keep you posted once come out. Stay tuned...

Off to Helsinki

Run tons of errands today to make sure everything goes smooth and easy while I'm gone. Tomorrow is the much awaited trip to Frankfurt and Helsinki to attend a friend's wedding. I'm way beyond excited to see her, her wedding and new places to see in general. I planned out the tour and my outfit for each day. Though I have to purge a little since I want to do some shopping wherever possible, I love to have bits and pieces from places I haven't been just because (",)

I'm liking the colour of my hair now, I tried several for few months and never liked it. It's a lot lighter in person and much more noticeable. However I do still consider to have a new look once I get back, let's see.... Fickle minded me.

Today's Outfit
Stradivarius tops, Jane Norman Leather shorts
Aldo shoes, socks from Tesco

Weather seems pretty awesome these days, sunny and "bubblier"... but bear in mind that we're still in Spring season so chilly winds are there to strike and tickle you whenever you're outside unprepared. I wouldn't be able to wear open toe shoes without socks yet!

I consider this as a friendship bracelet, my friend Magda gave this to me before she moved to London....

Today's Menu
You should try the Gourmet Burger Kitchen, it's neat and tasty! I had the special Spicy Spanish Chorizo Burger, yummmmmm!
Chips + Chicken Burger

On another note, I just would like to express my utmost gratitude to the people who always believe in me and support my humble photography. I've never run out of projects ever since I went full blast which only started last January, I'm always busy. I've gazillion ideas of personal projects to carry out but I still have no time to do so, client comes first of course. I would never forget the people who helped me from the littlest thing to greatest, you know I love you....

I Am A Gypsy

Braved myself out in the cold to watch Paddy's Day parade yesterday. I was with my very good friend Nigel, another photographer who doesn't mind the cold weather just to capture beautiful shots from the parade and celebration all in all. Though no matter how early we've started the day, there was no way to get near to the parade, there were too many people (and kids!) who looked forward for this day to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.

So instead of whining because of the situation, we just decided to walk along Grafton Street to watch street performers and make the best out of it, the parade hasn't started yet and we had ample of time to shoot portraits of strangers and performers. Not to worry where we would be positioning ourselves for the parade later.

Luckily, we found a box that served as a platform good enough to see the parade, people are jealous hahaha!

We were famished by the time the parade was over, off we went to our favourite Yamamori to have feast as if there’s no tomorrow and free saki from our favourite bar tender, funny enough I forgot to take pictures!

What I wore is something comfortable for walking and photoshooting...

Bershka Leather Jacket; Zara Tops; Giordanno Old Fave Jeans
Stradivarius Accessories and Dr. Martens boots

This Morning

I went to an exclusive fashion event sponsored by LA Make Up Academy at the Residence, it was my real first chance to try my 70-200mm f2.8 L USM lens. This lens is quite popular to use in events and I was blown away with the quality of photos it gives me, they're almost perfect! Look for example the picture below, this was taken straight out of my camera with 70-200mm f2.8 L USM lens I suddenly forgot about photoshop, dodge and burn and the works.

Isn't she gorgeous? Her name escapes me big time but she reminds me of Olivia Palermo

After the posh tea party, I needed to go to a client's meeting in the afternoon. I decided to stay in town to pass the time and went from shops to shops. I've finally found my dress for my friend's wedding which will be next weekend, yay! I'm thinking to pair it with my Miss Selfridge pumps though not final yet since I'm still planning to take a trip to Kildare to do some serious shopping this weekend (",)

Can't believe this weekend is almost over, tomorrow is Paddy's Day. Need to get up early to shoot the parade, I'm way beyond excited! Happy St. Patrick's day!

The title has nothing to do with my post today, though it annoyed my family when they're watching it just because I stood in front of the telly to pose (",)

You've no idea how much I miss my outfit posts, believe me, I tried it many times but I didn't like any of it. I'm growing my hair back, it's in awkward stage and I didn't have the time to cut my fringe. Sloppy as it may seem but it doesn't mean I'm wasted haha! I do still dress up for night outs and fancy dinner (",)

This MNG shirt was given to me by my good friend Madga before she moved to London, I love the shirt so much that I wear it mostly every week!
